I’ll be honest, the Members Club is an incredible resource on its own. The tools and coaching that we’ve put into the Members Club WILL GIVE you everything you need to build a property portfolio that hits your goals. 

However, we also know that there are those who’ve been asking for something higher-touch, more personal, a place to achieve that next step faster with 1:1’s. Therefore we’ve created some additional services to support you when you need it.

3 x 45 Minute 1:1 Calls with a Surveyor/Professional from Team NCRE£750 + VAT

Calls will be with Natasha, Steve, Caroline, Sam or Doug depending on the subject you want to discuss and availability.

1:1 calls give you the flexibility to talk directly to a surveyor about what you are trying to achieve in your property journey. You decide what you want to discuss in those meetings and what goals you want to achieve.

Team NCRE will then work with you on the call to put together a road map of how to get to your goals and make sure you have an actionable plan to work on before the next session. 

When applying for this service you will need to provide details of what you are stuck on, or need help with and what your goals are that you are trying to achieve. This will help Team NCRE to prepare for the calls in advance. The Team may reach out to you to ask for more information prior to the calls.

The 3 calls must be used within 1 month of booking the service. Please note that if you need a deal to be assessed, used the Deal Appraisal service below first before booking the 1:1 service.

Deal Appraisal – £500 + VAT 

This will provide you with figures to assist you with the purchase of a property and is for negotiation purposes. 

The email report will include:

  • Details of the property
  • An analysis of the location and local area
  • An analysis of comparable evidence
  • Estimated Rental Value
  • A written deal analysis with estimated Net Initial Yield and details of where to position an offer

This does not constitute a red book valuation, and the property will not be inspected.

We require a 7 days to complete this appraisal.

Lease Advisory – We can also undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gearing and service charges on your behalf.
