NC Real Estate is offering you the opportunity to work with your chosen Member of our team on your property portfolio or (because we have the expertise in house) business buying goals.
Yes, we know business buying isn’t the first thing you think of when you think NCRE, but Steve is awesome at it and gets a lot of questions from interested Members, if that’s you, then Steve’s your man!
You can hire us to work with you as an individual or collaborate with other investors and make your 1:1 sessions into a group session, its completely up to you!
You can book a minimum of 12 hours of 1:1 sessions over a 3 month period or a maximum of 52 hours of 1:1 Sessions over a 12 month period.
Tip: If you book the 52 hours of 1:1 you will get your Members Club subscription for free for that 12 months!
We believe in building Portfolios that grow year after year.
You know, with assets that actually make serious £’s from each property (i.e. Thousands) not just a couple of hundred pounds a month…
AND Without having to buy hundreds of assets to get to that 6 figure revenue. You don’t see the Large Estates, REITS or Pension Pots doing that, so we won’t be doing that here!

The 1:1 Coaching Sessions:

✅ Identify your ideal property investment (Commercial, residential, mixed use, HMO, SA)… so you can target your search and stop wasting time!
✅ Get 1:1 time on your Deal Analysis. Work with your Surveyor to decide on what price to offer at and then put in that offer!
✅ Get to grips with leases… and maximise your capital value (it IS possible!). Our Surveying team will support you with lease advisory in each session
✅ Buy your DREAM business … and get five years worth of training and course experience from Steve who has actually implemented this himself
✅ Get support with generating additional income from your assets, even in these uncertain times, PLUS increase asset value
✅ Streamline the decision-making process for each one of your assets
You’re in control of your sessions. You choose what you want to discuss and your Professional will be there to support you!
Sessions are flexible. You can use your hours one by one or group them together if you have a bigger project going on!
Coaching Boundaries
✅ Each 12 hour 1:1 session package MUST be used within 4 months of purchase. Each 52 hour 1:1 session package MUST be used within 13 months of purchase.
✅ No refunds will be given after you purchase the package
✅ No work will be completed on your portfolio outside of coaching sessions – this is not Asset Management
✅ Coaching sessions will run to the time slot you have booked with your coach and will start and finish promptly. If you need to cancel your session please give 24 hours notice otherwise that session will count towards your overall time in the session package.
✅ You are in charge of what you want to talk through in your sessions. Your coach will start each session by holding you accountable to what you said you were going to achieve from the previous session (10 minutes), you then need to let your coach know what you want to focus on for the rest of the session. You can email your coach prior to the session starting with this information if that would be helpful.
✅ If you book the 52 hour package you will get 1 annual membership to the Members Club included. This will start on the date you pay for the coaching sessions. If you are already a member you will be refunded pro rata’d to the start date of coaching, for the amount you’ve already paid for.
How the 1:1 Coaching Service Works
Want to use your SSAS to pay for this service?
Email [email protected] with the name of the Coach you wish to hire, the number of sessions you would like and your SSAS’s billing address and email. We will send you an email invoice for your SSAS to pay.
Note: You will need to check with your SSAS administrator prior to booking your coach that this service counts as wholly and exclusively for the benefit of the SSAS.. Your Coach will reach out to you to book your sessions once the invoice is paid.
