ABOUT NATASHA COLLINS
I’m the CEO of NC Real Estate, my firm of surveyors which specialises in supporting property investors to build commercial and mixed use property portfolios in the UK. I’m a chartered surveyor and my strengths lie in asset management and property investment strategy.
I have been in the property industry since 2009. Starting off as a letting agent to fund my way through University, I found myself in the deep end when I was taken on as a graduate property manager in South West London at 21. Within 3 months I became head of asset management. Over the course of my career I have worked with over £800million of property. During that time I’ve achieved my Masters in Surveying through the University of Reading and successfully passed my APC to become a chartered surveyor.
I’m also a Property Investor, I have built a small but mighty commercial (including a telephone box), residential and SA property portfolio across the UK and US on the belief that quality is far better than quantity.
In my spare time you’ll find me either running or lifting weights, out hiking with my family or drinking a glass of pinot grigio in a rooftop bar overlooking the city. When I’m not doing all of that I’m partial to a pop culture podcast and a chick lit.

ABOUT NICOLA ENDACOTT
My career in Real Estate started in October 2016 when I started work as an administrator for a small Chartered Surveyors firm based in West Sussex. Here I was responsible for the running of the office and was the main contact for our property management clients, building a reputation for being trustworthy , polite and approachable. I was also in charge of office admin including, property brochures, coordinating viewings, taking letting/sale instructions, invoicing.
My role as an administrator served as a catalyst for my decision to pursue a degree in real Estate Management, a journey that commenced in 2017 and graduating in 2020, all whilst balancing my professional commitments.Subsequent to my graduation, I embarked on a part-time role at NCRE, later transitioning to a full-time position in January 2023 as the Head of Operations and Senior Surveyor.
My commitment lies in promptly attending to clients, meticulous organisation, and providing support wherever it’s needed, all of which I consider fundamental aspects of my professional ethos.
Beyond the workplace you’ll find me enjoying time with my family, actively participating in dog training sessions with my two spaniels and baking cakes. I engage in agility training with one, while both participate in mantrailing. My journey into mantrailing was inspired by adopting a four month old blind Springer spaniel, who was foster number 3 for a Spaniel charity, and needing to provide her with her ‘job’.

ABOUT STEVE WALLIS
I’m the odd one out in Team NCRE (as well as somehow being the oldest), as I’m the only person who hasn’t gone down the surveyor route.
My background is 15 or so years in Financial Services, working mainly in Finance and Risk departments culminating in being Chief Risk Officer of a Maltese bank and on the Board of a Peer-to-Peer lending company in Yorkshire.
I’ve been an Approved Person in the UK and Malta, meaning the financial regulators in both countries have recognised my risk qualification and experience working across 20 plus countries.
I bring this background to the team to help our members stay on the right side of the rules, particularly surrounding raising private money for their projects, and I also contribute with business development and strategy.
Outside of work I’ve had my football coaching badges for over twenty years working in the US and Australia as well as closer to home, and now coach my son’s team. Alongside staying as active as possible I have a passion for travelling and improving my Spanglish.

ABOUT CAROLINE SAXON
I’m a Chartered Surveyor, and RICS Registered Valuer with 10 years’ experience in predominantly commercial real estate but I’ve dabbled in residential both professionally and personally.
I’m a lease nerd and specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals, regears and alternative ways of improving asset value through lease negotiation with a specialisation in industrial and mixed use. I’m currently a freelance chartered surveyor and regularly work for different clients which gives a comprehensive view of the property market and versatile skill set.
Living on a narrowboat, I’m all for alternative investments to release income elsewhere through lifestyle change and health prioritisation.
Alongside being a chartered surveyor, I run a successful outdoor swimming coaching business and am a well-respected coach; I combine these skills of property and coaching together for the NCRE Members Club.
I have a few secret skills: I am a former Great Britain open water swimmer, have completed 2 ice miles (one British Mile in less than 5 degrees Celsius), have a few world records, and I’m a regular competitor for Great Britain in the World Ice Swimming Championships. I can also speak German.
To switch off, I enjoy yoga, painting, cruising in my narrowboat and learning about canals.

ABOUT SAM COLEMAN
My property journey started in 2005 when I began working as an Administrator in an Independent firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors in Birmingham. Working in such a multifaceted business gave me a real insight into many aspects of property and I quickly developed an interest in Residential & Commercial Property Management. I moved through various roles in the business eventually becoming a Branch Manager in 2015. Shortly after assisting with an acquisition of the business by a large corporate in 2016, I moved to work client side for a large portfolio Landlord, where I obtained Chartered status.
I currently work as a Property Director and my work is as varied as it has ever been, dealing with acquisitions, development, property management, amongst other things. Across all sectors, including office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and my first love residential.
I also work for NC Real Estate providing advice and support to our members. I enjoy listening and learning from investors experiences of the market and assisting where possible.
In my spare time I enjoy the inside of pubs, running (in fair weather), Aston Villa football club (sometimes) and everything that constitutes food, it’s all about balance right…

ABOUT TONY WALLACE
The world of real estate has always been an interest of mine. Obsessed with the why in all things real estate. Why different types of real estate developments happen in certain areas, why a yield is used to capitalise income, why is there a difference in value between a building that is vacant and one that has tenants, why does the strength of covenant impact the value of an investment.
I was hired as a property manager in 2007 based only on my enthusiasm to learn my craft. I spent 7 years with this property management company and completed a Higher Certificate in Property Studies in the first 2 years of this term.
I went on to complete an honours degree in Property Valuation and Management whilst continuing to work in the industry.
Once graduated I was headhunted by a firm tasked with establishing a property management department whilst working in the valuation department, eventually being named Head of Property Management and Senior Valuer. During this time i was involved in sales, lettings, acquisitions, asset management and valuations of real estate eventually building up a portfolio of over 1,000 properties.
In tandem with my roles in industry, I held lecturing roles in various education institutes and universities in Ireland and the UK since 2017.
I crossed over to academia full time in January 2022 and deliver lectures mostly in property management and investment valuations in Ireland and the UK.
I also currently serve as a Lead Valuer for the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers in Ireland (IPAV) where my role includes advising valuers on complex valuations and auditing of valuation reports.
Having completed a Masters in Real Estate Investment Finance coupled with my experience in industry has led to my approach to investment that could be described as a valuer acting as a property manager with an eye on strategic repairs and or improvements while maintaining or enhancing the value of an asset.
