How often do you find a property and think ‘this is going to increase in value once I do X’ and then don’t do it because you don’t think you will be able to increase your borrowing quickly after taking out the initial mortgage.
This shouldn’t stump you… in fact if you find a property that you can increase in value quickly then you need to get moving quickly as they are a rare find!
