It’s how to do a deal analysis for a property investment in 2 minutes, yes seriously!
With really excellent deals seemingly so few and far between, you need to get your eyes on as many properties as possible, analyse them and either move forward if they are right, or discard if they are wrong.
First write down what your target NET income is on a £/pcm basis from this property.
Then, start lining those deals up, it’s time to get analysing:
