Let’s talk Goals for a second and Wanting to Change the World. I love Tuesdays, it’s the interview day of the week. I am always so intrigued and inspired about what my guests have to say. However, I wanted to take one break this week and explain myself.
Everyone has a voice, and everyone has an opinion, goal, dream.
I’m a firm believer that if you are out to better yourself, the world and really make impact and change then you should be encouraged by your peers and others in the industry.
This platform is a place for growth and support
I have experienced it all too often. Those who think they know best, think they are the only expert, putting others down. That’s not OK and I will not have that over here. Throw people under busses in your own time. But I will not tolerate it on this platform. NC Real Estate is a community of property enthusiasts who support one another.
NC Real Estate is a brand which builds hope, courage and determination within the industry.
I will listen to everyone who needs my ear. And make sure that wherever I possibly can you will get help, support and guidance. My colleagues, friends, fellow professionals, whom come over here and agree to be interviewed are fabulous at what they do. But, I would also love to hear and interview anyone who is so proud of this vibrant, creative industry. Who is striving for progression and excited by change.
There is a place for everyone in the property industry.
Yes, there’s competition, but that does not mean that there isn’t room for everyone. Each and every single person is different and has something to offer. I absolutely love that everyone I speak to has a different opinion and voice and that is something to learn and grow from.
So, to be well and truly clear,
NC Real Estate is excited by everyone’s goals and love a bit of determination to change the world and make it a better place.
If your voice isn’t getting heard anywhere else, you are feeling frustrated, put down and generally disheartened by the challenges this industry may throw at you. Come on over here, let us shout out your message, there are plenty of people who will be so encouraged, supported and utterly amazed by what you have to offer. I love it when someone comes along that blows our socks off, it doesn’t matter what level you are at, I want to hear from you!
