Knowledge is worth sharing, that is for definite. The reason being, that if you don’t give something you more than likely won’t get anything in return.

Knowledge is Worth Sharing

Last Tuesday NC Real Estate hosted it’s first live networking event. We were stationed on the first floor balcony over looking the grand atrium of the casino. Real Estate professionals from across the industry attended. First time investors, seasoned pros, developers, architects, designers, marketing agents, lenders, sourcers and NC Real Estate heading up the portfolio strategy and property management side of the industry. The conversation was purely property and I was absolutely thrilled about the information being shared. It opened new relationships and bridged boundaries. The knowledge that was passed around did more for business then phoning  and emails. It grew trust and confidence and that is something more than a simple transaction. That is why knowledge is worth sharing.

If you would be interested in coming along to the next event then get in contact with me [email protected] and I will get you up to speed with all events we are holding in the future.

Let’s Go Global

Following the success of this event and NC Real Estate’s passion for knowledge sharing (if you didn’t get that I love to do it by my blogs and Facebook Groups). I am now organising an online property summit. I am such a firm believer that the industry is global. What happens in another country impacts upon our own property market that knowledge needs to be shared further. Everyone needs to trade from one space, share the same morals and ethics and learn the techniques that work well in other countries. I want to provide that space, so keep an eye out for announcements!

It’s a Dogs Life

I haven’t given you guys a personal update for a long while, but there is a new addition in the NC Real Estate office. A new 4 month old puppy called Summer a Jack Russell x Pomeranian. Initially I was just fostering her, but Chris and I have taken her into our home and she’s now NC Real Estate’s newest recruit!

Her strengths include crime fighting. Late Thursday night she successfully stopped a man robbing a parking meter. She gets the office out at tactical points throughout the day to get some much needed headspace and that has been revolutionary. If you’ve never tried a 45 minute brisk walk (preferably with a little puppy to make you laugh and who laughs at you) go get out right now, clear the cobwebs and get a new thought pattern. It has changed our whole outlook and I’m grateful she’s here! Headspace restored in the most little of ways!

So, if you are heading to a meeting with one of the team and love dogs you are more than welcome to request her attendance. However, don’t worry we aren’t blinded by the dog, we know full well there are clients out there who don’t like dogs as much as we do, so we will keep her purely out of the way unless requested!

Now I want to hear from you. Will you be attending the next networking event? Would you be interested in getting involved in our global summit? Let me know in the comments section below I’d love to hear from you
