I hear it all too often: ‘My flat has been on the market for weeeeeks and I have no tenants’.

This is the worst situation to be in and there are only two options of why:

  1. Your flat is awful – so please go look through ALL my blogs and learn how to put it right
  2. You have terrible letting agents
