I know the main driver for any property investor is usually money.

That’s why we get into it, to make a little bit of extra cash in our pockets a month.

But for most investors once the property is brought, handing it over to third parties is the only way they know how to make money because they believe that they can’t or don’t have time to do it themselves.

This is where I come in! I am a firm believer that with a little bit of practice Property Management is something that you can do yourself and it can be so beneficial for you – here’s the reasons why:

  • You can save money on all of those property management fees you are paying – that’s more income for you!
  • Your tenants will appreciate having direct contact with their Landlord
  • You can control what you say yes or no to immediately when your tenant requests something – you are cutting out the middleman, making the process a whole lot quicker
  • You will know immediately when the rent hasn’t come in so can do something about it there and then – that relationship with your tenant will come in very handy
  • You can use contractors that you know have your best interests at heart – this is the same for letting agents.
  • You get to know your property inside out
  • It doesn’t take much out of your day at all to manage your property!
