The art of property sourcing is a skill set that you as a property investor definitely need.
Why? Well, if you don’t know how to find properties that match with your goals, successful portfolio expansion is just a dream.
Secondly, you can use your awesome sourcing skills to top up your cash flow.
These are the two main benefits, but actually being great at this is more than that. Becoming great at property sourcing, means building a strong network of people in the property industry. This is a network that you should nurture and nourish and maintain. Not only will it provide you with property bounty. But, some really awesome connections, friendships and maybe even lead you down paths you never expected to take.
I am a firm believer that you need to learn how to source property before even starting out on your property journey. If you learn the right way, you will gain incredible skills in networking, deal analysis and you will learn whether the properties you find are the sort of thing that you could add to your own portfolio. Hint: If they aren’t then why are you offering them out to other investors?!
At NC Real Estate, I make it an absolute priority to teach those who want to get into property these skills. It is the starting blocks, whether you have any cash in bank or not. Over 8 weeks I build upon the skill set. By the end my sourcers have a strong network and are already making an income. From there my sourcers can use that income to start building their own portfolio.
After 8 weeks the program doesn’t stop. I hold masterminds where all my sourcers get together. Here, we look through all the deals that are in the pipeline. It’s incredibly exciting. We had a mastermind yesterday and some of the deals which are floating around are just amazing! Once they are firm deals we then either put them into auction or we send them out to our investors in the Property Investment Mastery Facebook group.
