Investing in Property Through Social Media

My whole business is built through a social media brand.

I’ve been building my community up on Instagram and Facebook since the end of 2016.

In the past, I’ve experimented, got frustrated and completely overwhelmed.

It’s only in the last 12 months that I’ve found a strategy that works for me in the Natasha Collins and NC Real Estate posting schedule.

My brand posts at least once a day on my Instagram Page, Facebook Page and LinkedIn Feed. I try to get out for IG stories a day AND at least 2 posts on the Property Investment Mastery Facebook Group.

Full disclosure, to make this work I have the lovely Diana on Team NCRE who schedules everything and makes things look pretty and on-brand… I batch create relevant content and then on a Monday we talk through what works and what doesn’t work and Diana gets it out into my free communities.

All content is created based upon you, my community members, ask for.

I’m also behind answering comments and DM’s and aim to respond to at least 5 people a day.
